What happens when you reach out
You don't need to know exactly what you want before getting in touch. Most conversations start with a simple question — "can you do this?" or "what would you recommend?" — and we take it from there.
We listen first
Tell us what you're thinking, what's bothering you about your current look, or what occasion you're getting ready for. There's no wrong way to explain it.
Honest advice
If something isn't realistic in one visit, or a different treatment would suit you better, we'll say so — before you're in the chair, not after.
No pressure
Asking a question doesn't commit you to anything. We'd rather you came in feeling confident than talked into something on the spot.
