Do I need to know exactly what I want before I come in?
Not at all. Plenty of people arrive with a vague idea or just a photo they liked. Part of the consultation is working out together what will actually suit you.
Can you fix colour I'm unhappy with from somewhere else?
Often, yes — though it depends on the condition and history of your hair. We'll always look and give you an honest read before starting anything.
How long does a typical appointment take?
It varies a lot depending on what you're having done — a simple cut is quicker than a full colour change. We'll give you a realistic idea when you book.
Is Looksalon suitable for first-time visitors who feel nervous?
Very much so. Our whole approach is relaxed and unrushed, and the consultation exists specifically so nothing feels like a surprise once you're in the chair.
Do you offer beauty treatments as well as hair?
